My wife and I were one of the 1st customers of 4Seasons.  It was a bit risky to go with a new company, but it was 100% correct decision.  We stayed 5 days in Yerevan and 3 days we were on tours.  Guys were really professional, their guide Arthur was extremely informed and spoke fluent Russian.  They also helped us a lot around the city which was not even included in the tours or whatsoever.  I know who to call when I visit Armenia next time!
